به دنبال تاپیک وسایل اندازه گیری در مهندسی شیمی بر آن شدیم تا مروری داشته باشیم بر معرفی ابزار دقیق در قالب زبان اصلی و البته به همراه ترجمه و تصویر

امیدوارم این تاپیک مورد استفاده مهندسین عزیز قرار گیرد و ما را در ترجمه هر چه فصیح تر تعاریف یاری رسانند.

Chiller

[FONT=&quot]disengagement of the vapor from the liquid.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Chillers are used in refrigeration processes of the[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]vapor-compression type. A chiller cools a fluid[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]with a refrigerant to a temperature below that[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]obtainable using air or cooling water as the heat[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]sink. Common refrigerants are propane, ethylene[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]and propylene; chilled water or brines are less[/FONT]

سردساز يك مبدل نوع كتري ميباشد و دسته هاي لوله ها

داراي ارتفاعي تا 60 درصد قطر مبدل است. فضاي بخار بالايي

لوله ها براي آزادشدن بخارازمايع ميباشد. سردسازها در

فرآيندهاي تبريدي ازنوع تراكم[FONT=&quot]– [/FONT]بخاراستفاده ميشوند.

سردساز،سيال راتوسط ماده مبرد به دمايي زيردمايي كه

توسط هوا يا آب خنك كننده قابل حصول است به عنوان چاله

حرارتي،سرد مي كند. مبردهاي متداول،پروپان،اتيلن و

پروپيلن هستند،آب سردشده ياآب نمك به ندرت استفاده

مي شوند.

Condenser

[FONT=&quot]A condenser is a unit in which a process vapor is[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]totally or partially converted to liquid. The heat[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]sink is ordinarily a utility, such as cooling water.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The term "surface condenser" refers specifically[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]to shell and tube units, used to condense the[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]steam from a preceding ejector stage, thus[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]reducing the inlet quantity of vapor mixture to the[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]following stage. This is a means of increasing[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]steam economy. They do not affect ejector[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]performance, but they do avoid the nuisance of[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]exhausting steam to the atmosphere, thus, they[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]allow steam to be recovered. A "direct contact[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]condenser" refers to a unit in which the vapor is[/FONT]

چگالنده واحدي است كه درآن بخارفرآيندي به طوركامل يا
جزيي به مايع تبديل مي شود. چاله حرارتي عموماً يك سرويس
جانبي مثل آب سردكننده مي باشد.
عبارت[FONT=&quot]"[/FONT]چگالنده سطحي[FONT=&quot]"[/FONT] فقط به واحدهاي پوسته-لوله اي اطلاق ميشود كه بخارمرحله
مكنده قبلي را مايع نمايد و درنتيجه مقداربخارمخلوط به
مرحله بعدي را كاهش دهد. اين يك وسيله براي افزايش صرفه
جويي بخاراست. آنها كارآيي مكنده راتحت تأثيرقرارنمي[FONT=&quot]-[/FONT]
دهند بلكه ازصداي آزاردهنده بخارخروجي به هواجلوگيري
ميكنندومنجربه بازيافت بخارميشوند.

Surface condenser

چگالنده سطحي براي چگالش بخارخروجي ازتوربين بخار

[FONT=&quot]shell is under vacuum during normal operating[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]conditions. Surface condenser shell is[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]fabricated from carbon steel plates and is[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]stiffened as needed to provide rigidity for the[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]shell. When required by the selected design,[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]intermediate plates are installed to serve as[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]baffle plates that provide the desired flow path[/FONT]

براي اغلب چگالنده هاي سطحي خنك شونده با آب، پوسته

درشرايط معمولي عملياتي تحت خلاء قرار دارد. پوسته

چگالنده سطحي از صفحات فولاد كربني ساخته شده و به

اندازه نياز براي تأمين سختي پوسته تحكيم يافته است. در

صورت نياز مطابق الزامات طراحي،صفحات مياني به عنوان

ممانعت كننده، جهت تعيين مسيرمطلوب جريان بخار

چگالش شده،تعبيه مي شوند.​

پوسته اغلب توسط يك سامانه مكنده بيروني،تامين وحفظ

مي شود. درچنين سامانه مكنده اي،ازبخاربه عنوان سيال

محرك براي حذف گازهاي غيرقابل چگالش كه درچگالنده

سطحي ممكن است وجود داشته باشد،استفاده مي گردد.

تلمبه هاي خلاء مكانيكي با گرداننده موتوري نيز مثل

تلمبه هاي خلاء از نوع حلقه مايع دركاربري خلاء متداول

هستند.​

مسي درواحدهاي جديد به خاطرملاحظات زيست محيطي

شده اند بايك پوشش محفظه پيش ساخته كه به اسم

محفظه آب شناخته مي شوند و با اتصال فلنجي به صفحه

لوله يا پوسته چگالنده متصل است. درمحفظه آب

معمولا دريچه هاي آدم رو با نگه دارنده لولايي به منظور

بازرسي و تميزكردن تعبيه مي شوند.​
